School projects
I love working with and in schools and have worked will all ages, from reception year to university level
We are never too young to play with sounds, words and letters!
I used to be a teacher (of French language and literature), and this has helped me feel confident in sharing my passion for writing in the classroom.
I don't think we can ever be too young to explore storytelling and play sounds and words. This is why I love facilitating workshops for audiences as young as Reception Year! Like I often say, children always are the very best poets anyway...

In France, I've organised and delivered year-long projects with several schools for the last 2 years. In 2022-2023, we worked on nature and creepy crawlies. In 2023-2024, our theme was the body. You can find below some of the wonderful work the students produced, with the help of their amazing teachers, in the schools of and around Hagetmau (in the Landes region).
