This website offers visitors information about Lou Sarabadzic's experience, work, and the opportunity to buy creative writing and language workshops from her. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement.
When buying an item or service, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing/service description before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item/pay for a service when you commit to buy an item/pay for a service and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for our services and products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. We have a 14-day cancellation and refund policy under the Consumer Contracts Regulations:
- Services: Should you wish to cancel the service you bought and haven't used yet, you can email lou.sarabadzic@gmail.com to ask for a complete refund. Please note that if you use the service within the 14-day cancellation period, you won't be entitled to a refund. This includes using the first session of a five-sessions pack.
- Items: If you receive an item that is faulty or not as described, you have 14 day to cancel your order by emailing lou.sarabadzic@gmail.com. You then have 14 more days from the day you cancelled your order to return the item to us. Please note that you will need to cover the delivery cost for returning an item, and keep proof of postage until the item has reached us.
We may, without prior notice, change the services/items; stop providing the services/items or any features of the services/items we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services/items without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Lou Sarabadzic. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.
We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment.
You agree to indemnify and hold Lou Sarabadzic harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Lou Sarabadzic, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lou Sarabadzic assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.
We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these page periodically. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
We will keep your data for as long as you remain a user of this website (visitor or account holder).
In accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can request that we permanently delete your data that has been processed on our site. ​If you don’t want us to process your data anymore, please contact lou.sarabadzic@gmail.com, and all your information will be deleted within 48 hours of our contacting Wix with a new Privacy & GDPR data deletion request (all details about this process available here).
